It's impressive that this person made a laser microscope with stuff lying around the house, but the video proof is 1000x more awesome because of the cat as witness:

The microbiologist in me cringes when she identifies the protozoans (or whatever) as bacteria, but yes, the cat multiplies the awesomeness of that video by a huge factor. *g*
