Banshee 1.07: Crossroads
Mar. 16th, 2013 02:02 pmA note on the 7th episode as I try to catch up and watch the finale this weekend.
When Carrie/Anna is at a crossroads, she is LITERALLY at a crossroads! She is totally parked where she shouldn't be between the motel where she left Lucas (we don't know his real name, do we?) and her old identity and Banshee, where she's living under a new identity.
Later, when she says sorry, I know it's an apology for everything, but it is funny to think of it as short for, "Sorry I drugged you, kidnapped you, handcuffed you to a motel bed and left you for my gangster father to find and torture and probably kill."
And I liked the silent, instantly effective communication between Lucas and Deva. This is a very interesting development.
